"The Shadowls and the Underwater" was the result of a school project during the summer of 2013. It's a children's story about the Shadowls; a self-luminous creature living in the deepest, darkest parts of the forest, feeding on light. The intent was to depict a story without using common stereotypes and/or stereotypical portrayals. A few chosen spreads and illustrations are presented on this site.

During the summer of 2014 it was rewarded with an Honorable mention in 3x3 mag's international illustration contest.
